# Used MerCruiser Alpha Sterndrive Parts

Genuine used MerCruiser Alpha sterndrive parts removed from drives dismantled in our Kadina workshop. The range covers Alpha One Gen 1 and Gen 2 drives along with some earlier Pre-Alpha parts: complete Alpha Gen 2 sterndrives in 1.62:1 and 2.00:1 ratios, driveshaft housings, an upper unit, a gimbal housing and gimbal ring, and the square and splined steering shaft. The generation and gear ratio are in each title; match the part number and ratio to your drive before you order.
