# 11668406 Guide sleeve | Genuine Volvo Penta Part

## 🔧 Product Description

Genuine Volvo Penta special tool 11668406, weighing 1.76 kg. Volvo's special tools catalogue names it a guide sleeve and lists it against four generating-set engines: TAD550GE, TAD551GE, TAD750GE and TAD751GE. Our listing describes it as a drift, so the two descriptions do not agree and the item should be confirmed against the procedure before ordering. Guide sleeve 88820043, printed directly before it, carries the same four engines at 3.425 kg.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Bore or lead-in scored, worn or picked up
- Split or cracked along its length
- Ends bruised, burred or belled over
- No longer a snug fit, letting the component enter off square
- Marks left on the part it was meant to protect

## 🛠️ Service Notes
