## 🛠️ Service Notes

-   Treat it as a sealed, non-adjustable unit — renew it rather than attempting to clean, shim or adjust the internals
-   Work clean: cap the openings, wipe the area down before opening the fuel system, and do not let dirt or fibres into the fuel side while the valve is off
-   Renew the sealing washers, O-rings or gasket that come with the valve, and never reuse a crushed copper or aluminium washer
-   Tighten to the figure in the workshop manual for your engine; these valves screw into fuel housings and heads that strip readily
-   Bleed and prime the fuel system as the manual for your engine describes, then run the engine and check the joint for weeping under working pressure
