## 🛠️ Service Notes

-   Fit the hose dry onto clean, smooth stubs and push it fully onto the spigot so the clip lands behind the bead; do not use grease or sealant to help it on
-   Keep the original routing and bend radius and use the correct clips, tightened evenly — a hose that is kinked, stretched or pulled to fit will fail early
-   Check the stubs for corrosion, pitting and burrs while the hose is off, and clear any scale or debris out of the system
-   Keep the hose away from hot surfaces and anything that can chafe it, and support long runs as they were originally clipped
-   Refill, vent and run the engine to temperature, then re-check every joint and re-tighten the clips once the hose has bedded in
