## ⚙️ Key Features

- Fuel-system support application
- Correct OEM formed profile
- Precision mounting-hole spacing
- Resists engine and vessel vibration
- Designed for the associated tank, lines or fittings

## 🔌 Function

The bracket supports the assigned tank-side or engine-side fuel component and prevents movement from loading connected pipes or hoses.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Fuel line or fitting visibly moving where it should be held still
- Cracks radiating from a mounting hole or from a bend in the bracket
- Bolts working loose, with fretting marks or bright metal around the holes
- Bracket bent or distorted so the supported component no longer sits square
- Corrosion lifting the paint, with scale between the bracket and its mounting face

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- Inspect the line or fitting the bracket carries at the same time, as the bracket usually cracks only after the component it holds has been vibrating for a while
- Renew a bent bracket rather than straightening it, as reworked steel cracks again at the same point
