## 🔧 Product Description

A genuine formed Volvo Penta support component that supports the fuel-system pipe, valve or regulator assembly on TAD550GE / TAD750-series engines. Its factory offsets, mounting holes and material thickness preserve alignment and reduce vibration stress.

## 🚤 Compatibility

Typically suits:

- Volvo Penta TAD750GE
- Volvo Penta TAD751GE

- **Engine Family:** TAD
- **Year Range:** Approximately 2008 - 2020

## ⚙️ Key Features

- Genuine Volvo Penta position-specific support
- Designed for engine vibration and heat exposure
- Direct replacement for a bent, cracked or corroded original
- Engine type: 5.1L inline four-cylinder or 7.15L inline six-cylinder turbocharged generator diesel

## 🔌 Function

Supports the fuel-system pipe, valve or regulator assembly on tad550ge / tad750-series engines.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Fuel pipe, valve or regulator visibly moving where it should be held still
- Cracks radiating from a mounting hole or from a bend in the bracket
- Diesel weeping at a union as the unsupported pipe is worked by vibration
- Fasteners working loose, with fretting marks or bright metal around the holes
- Corrosion lifting the paint, with scale between the bracket and its mounting face

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- Inspect the fuel pipe and its unions for cracks at the flares while the bracket is off, as an unsupported pipe fails before the bracket does
- Renew a bent or cracked bracket rather than straightening it, so the pipe is not pulled into strain when refitted
