## ⚙️ Key Features

- Nominal length: 4300 mm
- Route: pump to dosing injector
- System type: SCR AdBlue/DEF line
- L=4300mm (Volvo assembly listing)

## 🔌 Function

Transfers DEF through the pump to dosing injector circuit while maintaining dosing-system pressure and purity.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- White crystalline deposits building up around the couplings or along the line
- DEF level dropping faster than consumption explains, with a wet patch under the run
- SCR or NOx fault codes and a power derate as dosing pressure fails to build
- Line swollen, cracked or kinked, or the outer sleeve split where it is clipped
- Slow or failed pressure build after a cold start, with the heated line not clearing

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- Renew the coupling seals when the line is disturbed and refit to the original clip positions, as a pinched DEF line upsets dosing pressure
- Flush urea deposits from the fittings with clean demineralised water only, never with fuel or solvent
- This is the 4300 mm pump-to-injector line; 21686079 is the shorter version of the same route, so measure the run before ordering
