# 21801406 Guide Washer | Genuine Volvo Penta Part

## 🔧 Product Description

Guide washer in the TAD750VE coolant-pump or fan-drive assembly. It controls axial position and provides a durable running or locating surface.

## 🚤 Compatibility

Typically suits:

- Volvo Penta TAD750VE
- Volvo Penta TAD760VE

- **Engine Family:** TAD

## ⚙️ Key Features

- Controlled thickness and bore
- Guides axial component position
- Wear-resistant contact surface
- Supports specified end float
- Exact application match required

## 🔌 Function

Guides the adjoining component and establishes the required axial location or thrust surface.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Grooving or excessive wear
- Incorrect end float
- Discoloration from poor lubrication
- Metal debris in the assembly

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- This washer is specific to the TAD750VE/TAD760VE drive — the similar TAD650VE/TAD660VE washer (21793275) is a different, lighter part, so match the engine model before ordering
- Fit a new washer rather than a reused, dished one; the locating face is what maintains end float and a bedded-in washer will not hold it
