Replaces the whole rotating assembly of pump 3836564 - shaft, spacer, bearings and seal - so the impeller runs true and the drive end stays dry.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

-   Rumble or growl from the pump rising with engine speed
-   Play at the shaft or drive end when rocked by hand
-   Seawater weep or salt crust at the shaft
-   Bearings found rough or corroded and the seal track worn into a groove
-   Spacer or drive key found fretted or sheared on strip-down

-   Stationary wear and seal package 21951408 also replaces 877350 and covers the fixed parts of the same pump - order that when flow rather than noise is the fault
-   Do not confuse it with shaft kit 21951469 at 1.432 kg, which serves the larger pump 846104
