# 22623875 Replacement Kit | Genuine Volvo Penta Part

## 🔧 Product Description

A genuine Volvo Penta factory replacement package supplied for the serial-numbered petrol-engine installation identified by Volvo Penta parts data. This is a high-value complete replacement assembly, not a routine gasket or service kit. Its supplied configuration is matched to the original engine identity, cooling arrangement, electrical system and installation specification.

## ⚙️ Key Features

- Genuine Volvo Penta factory replacement package
- Correct Volvo Penta part number 22623875
- Supplied against the original engine and installation identity
- Configuration-controlled rather than universally interchangeable
- Special-order assembly requiring model and serial-number confirmation before purchase
- Engine type: Volvo Penta petrol marine-engine replacement application

## 📋 Kit Contents

- 1 × factory replacement engine / major engine assembly - 22623875
- Configuration-specific installation and sealing components - supplied under 22623875 where required
- Configuration-specific transport protection and commissioning documentation - supplied under 22623875
- External accessories, drive, exhaust and control components are transferred or serviced separately unless explicitly included on the Volvo Penta order confirmation

## 🔌 Function

The package replaces the original engine or major engine assembly with a factory-configured Volvo Penta unit that can be commissioned within the approved installation.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Original engine has non-economic block, crankshaft or cylinder-head damage
- Complete replacement is specified instead of an in-field overhaul
- Replacement package does not match the original drive, cooling or electrical configuration
- Transferred accessories require inspection before commissioning
- Engine identity or control-system programming is incomplete after installation

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- At over 85 kg this is shipped and handled as a major assembly, not a routine parts-counter item — plan lifting equipment and packaging disposal before it arrives
- It is supplied against the original engine's serial number and installation specification, so confirm those details before ordering; a mismatch cannot be corrected once the assembly has left the factory
- Because the configuration is matched rather than universal, check the cooling, electrical and installation-specific brackets and connections against the original before committing to the swap
