## 🚤 Compatibility

Typically suits:

- **Engine Family:** TAD

## ⚙️ Key Features

- Wiring harness
- 5.509 kg
- Listed for one TAD series engine application
- Supersedes 23237053
- The heavier of the pair here alongside harness 23571432 at 5.0 kg

## 🔌 Function

Links the engine's sensors, actuators and control unit with power, earth and signal through one pre-formed loom.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Intermittent warning lamps or codes that change when the loom is disturbed
- Engine stopping or refusing to start with every component testing good
- Corrosion inside a connector, or a connector that will not lock home
- Chafed insulation at a bracket or bulkhead crossing
- Terminals found pulled out, or the sheath melted against a hot surface

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- Check the suspect connector and its pins first - a single corroded terminal accounts for most harness faults
- Record the routing and clipping before removal so the new loom cannot chafe in the same place
- Harness 23571432 is the other single-engine loom here, so order by part number rather than by appearance
