The gauges are available in 85 mm and 52 mm and are designed to fit previous instrument panels for Volvo Penta non-EVC engines. Complete instrument panel kits are also available. The secondary station kit is a flybridge or secondary station panel with alarm display and starter switch, measuring 180 x 140 mm. Add a 4000 rpm or 6000 rpm tachometer for a complete installation.

## 🔌 Function

Equips a second control station with its own alarm display and starter switch so the engine can be started and its warnings watched from the flybridge or an alternative helm.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

-   Second station dead while the main station reads correctly
-   Warning lamps not proving at key-on
-   Starter switch worn, sticking or turning without engaging
-   Panel illumination dim or out
-   Corrosion at the station connector or behind the bezel from water ingress

## 🛠️ Service Notes

-   Being dual-voltage it suits either a 12 V or a 24 V system, which removes the voltage choice that applies to the main station kits 23577077 and 23577080
-   The kit carries the alarm display and starter switch — add a 4000 rpm or 6000 rpm tachometer for a complete installation
-   Trace the connection back to the main station harness before condemning the panel — a secondary station fault is usually in the run between the two
-   The gauges in this range are designed to fit Volvo Penta instrument panels; where a gauge goes into a panel from outside this range the panel hole diameter may need modifying to suit
-   The tachometer is not included
-   Cover plate 858648 covers the tachometer opening where no tachometer is fitted
