## ⚙️ Key Features

- For D4 engines
- 2.538 kg
- 28 applications on D series engines
- Engine group

## 🔌 Function

Carries the engine load through rubber so vibration and noise are absorbed rather than passed straight into the structure.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- More vibration and noise felt through the hull than before
- Rubber cracked, split or crazed, worst around the bonded faces
- Rubber collapsed or sagging so the engine has dropped or shifted
- Rubber swollen and soft where oil or fuel has soaked into it
- Shaft alignment gone out because the mounts have settled

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- This cushion is specified for D4 engines - check the engine designation before ordering
- Renew the mounts as a set rather than singly, or the new one will carry more than its share
- Realign the shaft coupling after any mount is changed
