## ⚙️ Key Features

- 1 application on a TAMD series engine

## 🔌 Function

Uses exhaust energy to drive a compressor that forces more air into the engine.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Loss of power with black smoke and rising exhaust temperature
- Whining, whistling or rumbling that changes with load
- Blue smoke and oil consumption from failed shaft seals
- Shaft with radial or axial play, or wheel blades rubbing the housing
- Oil leaking at the oil feed or drain connections

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- Find out what killed the old one before fitting a replacement, as a starved oil feed or dirt in the inlet will destroy the new unit too
