## ⚙️ Key Features

- For earlier production
- Engine group
- 0.052 kg
- Supersedes 856917
- Listed for 197 DPX applications

## 🔌 Function

Gives a renewable bearing and location surface for a shaft or pivot, so wear falls on the bushing rather than the housing.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Knock or clonk that appears as load reverses
- Visible play or rock when the shaft is levered
- Bore worn oval or scored, with a bright band on the load side
- Bushing spinning in its housing or working out of position
- Grease or oil escaping past a bushing that has worn its seat

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- This is the earlier-production bushing, so confirm the build before ordering rather than going by the drive family alone
- Check the shaft or pin for matching wear at the same time - a new bushing on a worn shaft will not last
- Support the housing properly when pressing the old bushing out to avoid distorting the bore
