Genuine BRP E-TEC G2 Complete Water Pump Kit - Part Number: 5011599

  

A genuine BRP complete water-pump service kit for selected Evinrude E-TEC G2 2.7-litre and 3.4-litre V6 outboard motors.

  

The kit replaces the earlier 5009434 assembly and includes the pump housing, stainless-steel cup, wear plate, impeller, key, gasket and seals required to restore the lower-unit cooling-water pump.

🔌 Function

  

The water pump draws cooling water through the gearcase inlets and circulates it through the engine. Replacing the complete housing, cup, plate, impeller and seals restores pump efficiency where several components are worn or damaged.

  

Common signs of failure:

  

• Weak or intermittent tell-tale stream

• Engine overheats at idle or under load

• Water-pressure reading is below specification

• Impeller blades are cracked, hardened or missing

• Pump housing or stainless cup is scored

• Wear plate is grooved or distorted
