- 10.433 kg

## 🔌 Function

Carries the load of the assembly bolted to it and holds it in position against the engine block.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Vibration or movement from the assembly the bracket carries
- Cracks radiating from the bolt holes or from a weld
- Bolt holes elongated or fretted bright
- Fasteners repeatedly working loose
- Mounted component sitting out of line with its mating part

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- Bracket 862473 is the opposite hand, marked S.B, and supersedes 820633 and 837587 instead; only 125 grams separate the two, so order by the marking rather than by weight
- Renew the fasteners and check the mating face is clean and flat before pulling the bracket down
- At over 10 kg this is a two-hand lift on a boat, so support it before releasing the last bolt
