## ⚙️ Key Features

- For engines with the oil tube cooler
- Listed against TWD610V
- 0.408 kg
- 10 applications across TWD, TID and TD engines

## 🔌 Function

Carries coolant between two points in the circuit along a fixed route, with the bends already formed to clear the engine.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Coolant loss with staining or a dried trail along the pipe run
- Weeping at a hose joint or at a formed flare
- Corrosion pitting or a soft, flaking patch on the pipe wall
- Pipe fretted bright or worn thin where it touches a bracket
- Overheating or repeated top-ups with no other visible leak

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- Order against the cooler arrangement rather than the engine alone; this pipe is the oil tube cooler route, and coolant pipe 862617 is the water pump to charge air cooler route on the same three engine series
- Renew the hoses and clips at each end while the pipe is off, and check the supporting clamps for wear
