Full model list at the end of this description.

## ⚙️ Key Features

- 0.034 kg
- Supersedes 861067
- 34 applications across MD, D and AQD engines
- Fuel System group
- 2 used per assembly
- Also supersedes Volvo part number 3803674

## 🔌 Function

Provides a controlled spring load in the fuel system assembly, holding a component seated or preloaded against pressure.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Fuel weeping from the assembly the disc loads
- Pressure or delivery falling away from its setting
- Disc found cracked, flattened or set on strip-down
- Fretting marks or bright wear on the seating face
- Assembly loose or rattling when it should be under load

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- The number it replaces, 861067, also maps to gasket 870581 listed here — the old number covers more than one current part, so you may need both to make the joint up
- Renew the disc rather than reusing a set one; a spring disc that has lost its height will not hold the seat
