## ⚙️ Key Features

- 0.177 kg
- 16 applications listed
- Order by part number - no thread size is given for this one
- Hose nipples 981250 and 982730 are the others in this run

## 🔌 Function

Provides a threaded port that a rubber hose slides over and is clamped to, carrying coolant, fuel or air between two components.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Weeping or dripping at the hose joint
- Hose creeping off or blowing off under pressure
- Thread damaged, stripped or cross-threaded
- Corrosion or scale narrowing the bore
- Sealing face pitted so a new hose still leaks

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- Renew the hose and clamp with the nipple - a hose that has taken a set on the old nipple rarely seals on a new one

## 📦 Condition

- Brand new
