## ⚙️ Key Features

- 0.014 kg
- 14 applications on D series engines
- One of an identically weighted pair with 994626
- D series only, where 994626 also covers TAD

## 🔌 Function

Holds two components at a set separation and passes the clamping load through, so the fastener can be tightened without crushing the parts.

## ⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

- Rattle or movement where the sleeve should be holding a set gap
- Sleeve crushed, belled or split
- Bore worn or the sleeve spinning on its fastener
- End faces no longer square to the bore

## 🛠️ Service Notes

- 994626 shares the same name and the identical 0.014 kg published weight, so nothing in the published figures separates the two - this one is listed on D series engines with 14 applications and 994626 across D and TAD with 65. Order strictly by part number
- Measure the sleeve you removed for length and bore before ordering, since the catalogue figures will not settle it
