The oversize is the critical detail - it corrects endfloat on a reground crankshaft, so the size must match the machining. It supersedes 21948264, catalogued as a thrust washer kit.

🚤 Compatibility

Typically suits:

 Volvo Penta D11C1-A MP

 Volvo Penta D11C3-A MP

 Volvo Penta D11C2-A MP

 Volvo Penta TAD1180-83VE

 Volvo Penta TAD1170-72VE

 Volvo Penta TAD1150-52VE

 Volvo Penta TAD1140-42VE

 Engine Family:

 D, TAD

⚙️ Key Features

 1.0 mm oversize thrust washer

 0.249 kg

Listed for seven applications across D and TAD series engines

Supersedes 21948264, catalogued earlier as a thrust washer kit

🔌 Function

Takes the crankshaft's fore-and-aft thrust at the main bearing, holding crankshaft endfloat within specification.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

Crankshaft moving fore and aft as the clutch or coupling is loaded

A thump or knock as drive is taken up or released

Metallic glitter in the oil or caught in the filter

Washer faces found scored, wiped or picked up on strip-down

Endfloat measured outside specification with a dial gauge

🛠️ Service Notes

This is the 1.0 mm oversize - the size must match the machining done to the crankshaft, so measure before ordering

Check endfloat with a dial gauge before and after fitting

Find what wiped the old washers; a dragging clutch or a mis-aligned coupling will destroy the new ones too

🔄 Supersession & Cross Reference

OEM Supersession Chain

 24133547 → Supersedes 21948264 → Supersedes 21267847 → Supersedes 3093652 → Supersedes 276792

OEM / Related Numbers

21948264 earlier number superseded by this part

21267847 earlier number superseded by this part

3093652 earlier number superseded by this part

276792 earlier number superseded by this part

📦 Condition

 Genuine Volvo Penta part

 Brand new

Supplied in original or equivalent packaging

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0994/8115/7924/files/original_9c748946-f950-4eb4-8ab0-549a09a566dd.jpg?v=1788066220
