Return & Refund Policy:
1. Return Period:
Returns & refunds are offered providing we are notified within 14 days of delivery. This includes change of mind, or incorrectly ordered products. Refunds processed for returns are excluding shipping costs, and return freight is at the buyers expense.
Note there are some exclusions as follows:
- Items that have been fitted
- Items that are not in original packaging
- Marine electronics (Unless manufacturers defect)
- Certain dangerous goods i.e. aerosols, flares
2. Return Conditions:
- Unused and Unaltered: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, invoice) is required for all returns.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
3. Return Options:
- Full Refund: We offer a full refund for eligible returns, excluding shipping costs, when an exchange is not possible.
- Exchange: Wherever possible, with faulty products, exchanges will be provided for the same or similar product, subject to availability.
4. Return Process:

- Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Return Address: Please ship the returned item to 33 Kennett Street, Kadina, South Australia, 5554.
5. Exceptions:
- Brand variations: Some brands and manufacturers have their own independent extended warranty periods, covering manufacturing or design defects. For more information, please contact us.
- Exclusions: Certain items, such as electronic devices, dangerous goods, and special order items are not eligible for returns.
- Sale Items: Returns for on-sale items may be limited or subject to a store credit.
- Second-hand Parts: Returns & refunds are offered providing we are notified within 14 days of delivery. This includes change of mind, or incorrectly ordered products. Gearboxes purchased from Sawley’s Auto and Marine through our second-hand parts store are eligible for a 30-day warranty, for a re-seal or repair. All gearboxes are pressure tested and checked prior to shipping however within 30 days of purchase date if a fault is present, you may contact us and request a repair. Second-hand propellers are purchased “as-is” and any items requiring small repairs are priced to take this into account.
6. Refund Processing:
- Timeframe: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect and/or test the item and process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
