Fabrication Parts

This page is for builders: the raw parts PSR uses to make its own control arms, panhard bars and steering links, sold so you can fabricate your own. It includes forged bush housings in 21x1.5mm and 33x2mm threads for Patrol and LandCruiser trailing arms, panhard bar and radius rod bush housings, centre turnbuckles for adjustable control arms, 1200mm lengths of 7.5mm wall steel tube and solid bar for steering and control arms, weld-on lower spring locators, extension brackets, a weld locator, weld-on aluminium tank lids and threaded wheel fasteners.

Most housings are made to take Nissan Patrol and Toyota LandCruiser bushes, such as the Patrol trailing arm and LandCruiser 80 and 105 radius rod and panhard bar bushes, and the bush part number is given in the title where it matters.

Match the thread size and hand on tube, housings and turnbuckles before you buy, as adjustable arms use left and right hand threads. These are weld-on and load-bearing parts and should be fabricated and fitted by a qualified welder or fabricator. If you are unsure, send us your project details through the contact page.
