🔌 Function

Replaces the whole rotating assembly of pump 3836564 - shaft, spacer, bearings and seal - so the impeller runs true and the drive end stays dry.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

  • Rumble or growl from the pump rising with engine speed
  • Play at the shaft or drive end when rocked by hand
  • Seawater weep or salt crust at the shaft
  • Bearings found rough or corroded and the seal track worn into a groove
  • Spacer or drive key found fretted or sheared on strip-down

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Stationary wear and seal package 21951408 also replaces 877350 and covers the fixed parts of the same pump - order that when flow rather than noise is the fault
  • Do not confuse it with shaft kit 21951469 at 1.432 kg, which serves the larger pump 846104
  • Renew the shaft seal and impeller with the kit
