Genuine Quicksilver Carburettor Float Bowl O-Ring - Part Number: 25-16259

A genuine Quicksilver carburettor float bowl seal for selected Mercury and Mariner small-horsepower two-stroke outboards.

The O-ring fits between the carburettor body and float bowl, sealing the fuel chamber after assembly. It should normally be renewed when the bowl is removed for cleaning, float adjustment, jet servicing or needle-and-seat repairs.

🔌 Function

The O-ring seals the carburettor float bowl to the carburettor body. This prevents petrol escaping from the bowl joint and helps maintain the correct fuel level and pressure conditions within the float chamber.
