iDRIVE makes plug-in electronics for four wheel drives and utes, and is known above all for its throttle controller. Many drive-by-wire vehicles feel slow to respond off the line or when towing; the iDRIVE changes how quickly the accelerator pedal signal is passed to the engine, so the vehicle answers the pedal sooner.

Its Automatic Control mode is what sets it apart. In traffic with gentle acceleration the iDRIVE chooses a reduced level of throttle response, and when you accelerate hard to overtake it switches to a sharper level. Eight coloured faceplates are offered to change the colour of the display. The range here also includes the iDRIVE LiveTrack GPS tracker for keeping an eye on where your vehicle is.
