Genuine BRP Evinrude Johnson Shift-Rod Cover to Gearcase O-Ring - Part Number: 0338522
A genuine BRP O-ring used to seal the removable shift-rod cover to the lower-unit gearcase on selected Evinrude and Johnson outboards.
The O-ring sits around the cover assembly containing the shift lever and shift-rod linkage. It prevents water from entering the lower unit and stops gear lubricant escaping around the cover joint.

🔌 Function
