A genuine used OMC flywheel and ring-gear assembly for selected 9.9HP and 15HP two-cylinder outboards.

Unlike the manual-start flywheel fitted to some versions, 0583915 incorporates the toothed ring gear required by the electric starter motor.

The internal magnet system works with the ignition plate and charging components beneath the flywheel.
