A genuine BRP power trim and tilt relay assembly for a wide selection of Evinrude E-TEC outboards.

The assembly includes the sealed relay, electrical leads and moulded connectors used to switch high battery current to the trim motor. Depending on the direction commanded by the trim switch, the relay reverses the polarity supplied to the motor so the outboard trims upward or downward.

🔌 Function

The relay receives a low-current signal from the trim switch and switches the higher current required by the hydraulic trim motor. It also reverses electrical polarity to change the motor's direction.
