Wurth make it in polyolefin, flame retardant, thin wall and without an internal adhesive lining — they list an adhesive-lined tube as a separate product. Dielectric strength is 15 kV/mm, it shrinks between 70 and 120°C, and the operating range is -55 to +125°C.

The 3:1 ratio is the useful part: it shrinks to a third of its supplied diameter, so one size covers a much wider range of wire and connector sizes than 2:1 tube and you carry fewer sizes to cover the same work.
