Aftermarket BRP-Compatible Starter Motor - Replaces Part Number: 0778993

Brand-new 12-volt marine starter motor for selected Johnson and Evinrude 40HP, 50HP, 55HP and 60HP two-cylinder two-stroke outboards. This unit uses a 9-tooth drive and replaces the earlier OMC starter family used before the later 0586279 configuration.

Fitment should be established from the engine model code and original starter number, particularly on 40HP and 50HP models produced near the transition between starter designs.

🔌 Function
