🔧 Product Description
A genuine Volvo Penta soft low-temperature grease formulated for lightly loaded mechanical controls and approved electrical contact applications. It remains workable in cold conditions and is suitable for controls, hinges, lock parts, suspension pins, locking bolts, switches and connector contacts where the service manual specifies 1161417. The grease has an NLGI 1 consistency and is supplied in a compact 30g tube. It is not a substitute for EVC-specific contact products unless the relevant Volvo Penta instruction expressly approves its use.

🔌 Function
Provides lubrication and corrosion protection for small moving parts, linkages and fittings that need to remain free-moving at low ambient temperatures. It reduces friction and wear while helping to keep moisture away from the lubricated surface.

- Stiff, binding or notchy movement in linkages, pivots or cable ends

- Old grease has dried, hardened or darkened and no longer coats the surface
