🔧 Product Description
Genuine VDO Cockpit International Mechanical Pressure Gauge - Part Number: 150035022
A genuine VDO 52 mm full-sweep mechanical pressure gauge with a 0-2500 kPa scale.
The instrument can be used to monitor oil, air or compatible fuel-system pressure. Pressure is transferred directly to the rear of the gauge through 3/16-inch PVC tubing, so no electrical pressure sender is required. Electrical connections are used only for illumination.
⚙️ Key Features
• Genuine VDO Cockpit International pressure gauge
• Correct part number 150035022
• 0-2500 kPa mechanical pressure range
• Approximately 0-363 PSI equivalent range
• 52 mm steel-bodied instrument
🔄 Supersession & Cross Reference
OEM Supersession Chain:
• 150035022 current documented VDO reference
• No confirmed superseding VDO number

Aftermarket / Verified Equivalents:
• VDO 150035022 is the verified direct replacement
• Other 52 mm mechanical 0-2500 kPa or approximately 0-360 PSI gauges are functional alternatives only when the fitting, pressure medium and scale are suitable
• Electrical pressure gauges are not direct replacements without adding a compatible sender
🚤 Compatibility
Commonly used on:
• Marine diesel and petrol engines
• Industrial engines, machinery and vehicles
• Oil, air and compatible fuel-pressure monitoring systems
• Dashboards accepting a 52 mm instrument
• Gauge Range: 0-2500 kPa
• Approximate Imperial Range: 0-363 PSI
• Input Type: Direct mechanical pressure
• Tube Size: 3/16-inch PVC tubing
• Illumination: 12 volt as normally supplied; 24-volt globe available
🔌 Function
System pressure is carried through the tubing to the gauge mechanism, which mechanically moves the pointer across the scale.
Common signs of failure:
• Gauge remains at zero despite verified pressure
• Tubing is split, kinked or blocked
• Oil or fluid leaks behind the dashboard
• Needle does not return to zero
• Internal Bourdon tube is damaged
• Fitting nut or cone does not seal correctly
📦 Condition
• Genuine used part
• Tubing and fittings included only where shown
• In good working condition unless otherwise stated
