1572141 Rubber Block | Genuine Volvo Penta Part

🔧 Product Description

This genuine Volvo Penta rubber block is a replaceable locating, spacing or bearing-support component used in the engine mounting or support. It is manufactured to the original Volvo Penta dimensions and interface requirements so the supported component retains the specified clearance, spacing and location. Legacy rubber isolation/support block; later service arrangements may use replacement components. In service, it isolates vibration and provides resilient support between the matched engine component and mounting structure. Fitment is controlled by the exact engine or product configuration and serialised parts list; confirm OEM number 1572141 against the installed assembly before ordering.

⚙️ Key Features

• Genuine Volvo Penta OEM rubber block
• OEM part number 1572141
• Legacy rubber isolation/support block; later service arrangements may use replacement components

🔌 Function

Isolates vibration and provides resilient support between the matched engine component and mounting structure. Measure the pin, bore, bush or locating surfaces and replace worn companion parts so the new component is not installed into an out-of-tolerance assembly.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Rubber cracked, crazed or crumbling at the edges
• Rubber separated from its bonded metal face
• The supported component sitting low or out of line
• Knocking or drumming carried through the mounting under load
• Rubber gone soft, swollen and oil soaked

🛠️ Service Notes

• Supersedes 22293429, which was catalogued earlier as a rubber cushion, so the older number now brings up this block
• Where more than one block carries the same component, renew them together so the load stays evenly shared
