🔌 Function

Allows compressed air to flow from the compressor to the reservoir while preventing reservoir pressure from flowing back into the compressor.

• Work clean and fit new sealing washers or O-rings on the connections; a small amount of debris is enough to hold a check valve off its seat
• Check the new valve moves freely and seals in the reverse direction before fitting, and blow or flow test it in the correct direction if you are unsure of its orientation
• Hold the valve by its hex or flats when tightening, never by clamping the body, and tighten to the figure given in the workshop manual for your engine
• Run the system afterwards and confirm the symptom has gone as well as that the joints are dry
