• Roller washer moves past the pin

• Shaft hole is enlarged

• Roller is loose on the arm

🛠️ Installation & Safety

• Use a new split pin whenever the roller is removed

• Install the correct washer before the pin

• Spread the pin legs securely without sharp projections

• Confirm the roller turns freely and cannot slide off

• Do not use on Dunbier 2968 large yellow wobble rollers
