Genuine Volvo Penta bleeder screw used at the high point of the water-pump and thermostat housing. One screw is used on the earlier housing and two are used on the later fan-bracket housing fitted to TAD732GE and TAD733GE.

🛠️ Service Notes

• One screw is fitted to the earlier thermostat/water-pump housing, but the later fan-bracket housing on TAD732GE and TAD733GE uses two — check which housing is fitted before assuming the quantity
• If the bleed point seems blocked, clear the passage before condemning the screw itself, as a blocked passage traps air just as effectively as a seized screw
• Open only enough to bleed trapped air during filling, then close again before running the engine — it is not a running vent
