🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew the separator or its element at the interval in your engine's maintenance schedule, and after any period of running with the crankcase ventilation blocked
• Check the hoses, the connection to the crankcase or valve cover and the oil drain return while access is open, and renew any hose that has gone hard, soft or collapsed
• Fit new gaskets, O-rings and clips on every joint disturbed, and make sure the drain path back to the sump is clear so separated oil actually returns
• Route the hoses without kinks or sagging loops where oil and condensate can collect and block the ventilation path
• Run the engine afterwards, check the joints for leaks and confirm the crankcase is not pressurising before closing up access
