  • Hose hardened, crazed, swollen or rubbed thin where it passes a bracket
  • Hard starting or a hunting idle as air is drawn in through the hose or an end fitting
  • End fittings loose, corroded or weeping after being retightened
  • Hose collapsing internally so fuel flow falls away under load
