🚤 Compatibility

Typically suits:

• Volvo Penta TD520GE
• Volvo Penta TD520VE
• Volvo Penta TAD520GE
• Volvo Penta TAD520VE

• Engine Family: TD, TAD
• HP Range: Approximately 300 HP
• Year Range: Approximately late 1990s-2010s, depending on engine and installation

⚙️ Key Features

• Supplied without air filter
• Four applications across TD and TAD engines
• Inlet and Exhaust System group

🔌 Function

Forms part of the engine's breathing path, carrying air and crankcase ventilation flow through the manifold connection and providing the faces the adjoining pipework seals against.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Air, boost or exhaust leakage at the manifold or joints
• Whistling, hissing or soot/oil staining around connections
• Reduced power, increased smoke or slow turbocharger response
• Cracked casting, warped flange or damaged mounting points
• Uneven cylinder breathing or elevated exhaust temperature

🛠️ Service Notes

• The published weight of 0.005 kg is far too low for a manifold and is no guide to what will arrive - order by part number
• The other manifold listed without an air filter, 20460947, covers eight TD and TAD applications and is a separate item
