🔌 Function

Measures the oil level in the sump, its marked length matched to the sump and tube it is used with so the marks read true.

  • Damaged sealing area allows oil mist or contamination
  • Incorrect oil level caused by use of the wrong-length dipstick

  • If the level reads oddly after an engine or sump change, check the dipstick number before adding or draining oil
