• 0.560 kg
• For the crankcase-ventilation and inlet-manifold assembly
• Listed for 3 applications on TAD series engines
• The 945 mm long breather pipe 20499577 is 0.622 kg and the TAD620VE pipe 20464428 is 0.208 kg

🔌 Function

Routes crankcase vapour from the ventilation system to the inlet manifold, keeping the crankcase vented so pressure does not build inside the engine.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Oil mist or vapour escaping around the breather run
• Oil pushed out past seals or the dipstick as crankcase pressure builds
• Oily film collecting on the inlet manifold and nearby surfaces
• Pipe found split, chafed or blocked with emulsified sludge on strip-down

🛠️ Service Notes

• The module reference 1501 0 2505 / 2511 is what separates this pipe from the others on the same engine family, so quote it when ordering
• Check the pipe and the separator are clear before fitting - a blocked breather raises crankcase pressure and pushes oil past sound seals
