• Oil, coolant, fuel, air or combustion leakage at the joint
• Loss of pressure or contamination entering the assembly

🛠️ Service Notes

• Renew whenever the filter housing is opened - a hardened seal on the suction side draws air rather than leaking fuel, which shows up as hard starting instead of a puddle
• Wet the ring with clean fuel and seat it squarely so it is not pinched as the housing is drawn down
