The kit seals the compressor housing and mounting joints so compressed air, engine oil and coolant remain within their intended passages.

  • Fit gaskets dry unless the workshop manual for your engine specifies a sealant, and then use only the sealant it names
  • Tighten the joint evenly in the sequence and to the figures given in the manual for your engine, and re-check after the first heat cycle where the manual calls for it
