Brand-new genuine Volvo Penta fuel pipe formed for the original routing within the Volvo Penta high-pressure or low-pressure fuel-line installation. Its bends, end connections and internal diameter preserve the designed flow path while avoiding interference, vibration and excessive stress on adjoining fittings.

🔌 Function
Carries fuel between two fixed points in the fuel-line installation, its formed ends sealing at the unions.
⚠️ Common Signs of Failure
- Diesel weeping or dripping at a union, with a fuel smell
- Air in the fuel, giving hard starting or hunting
- Cone or sealing face on the pipe end bruised or ringed
- Pipe chafed or fretted where it is clamped
🛠️ Service Notes
- Never dress or file a damaged sealing cone - fit a new pipe
- Refit the pipe clamps and torque the unions to specification; an unsupported fuel pipe fatigues at the union
