🚤 Compatibility

Typically suits:

• Volvo Penta TAD750VE
• Volvo Penta TAD760VE

• Engine Family: TAD

⚙️ Key Features

• Bracket for the PTO-driven air-compressor installation on the TAD750VE
• 1.572 kg
• Listed for 2 applications

🔌 Function

Mounts and supports the PTO-driven air compressor, holding it in line with its drive so belt or coupling alignment is maintained.

⚠️ Common Signs of Failure

• Belt squeal or rapid belt wear where the compressor has moved out of line
• Knocking or heavy vibration from the compressor mounting
• The same fixings loosening again and again
• Bracket found cracked at a weld or at a radius
• Mounting holes found elongated and faces polished by movement

🛠️ Service Notes

• Check drive alignment and belt tension after fitting - changing the bracket moves the compressor
• Renew any fixing that has been working loose; a fretted bolt will not hold the new bracket either
