🔧 Product Description

A heavy formed support bracket that positions the electronic steering servo on the D6-310D-B installation. It holds the servo relative to the drive-control tubes and steering-position sensor so commanded actuator travel produces the correct drive movement.

  • Steering feeling vague, or the drive not following the helm accurately
  • Steering fault stored, or the position reading drifting from the actual angle
  • Servo unit visibly moving under steering load
  • Knocking from the servo area as the helm is turned
  • Cracked bracket or elongated mounting holes found once the servo is removed

  • Check the steering-position sensor and the drive-control tube joints before condemning the bracket, as they give similar symptoms
  • This bracket supersedes 3818854, so confirm the mounting geometry on earlier installations
  • Use the specified washers, flange screws and locking hardware, and recalibrate the steering after fitting
