A moulded raw-water hose in the D3 inboard seawater-pump and intercooler assembly. It connects the pump/tube group through a short, compact route while clearing the V-ribbed belt and automatic tensioner.

- Hose collapsing on suction or ballooning under discharge pressure
- Wear patch where the hose has contacted the belt or tensioner
- Perished inner wall shedding rubber into the circuit, found on removal
🛠️ Service Notes
- Check the moulded hose clears the V-ribbed belt and automatic tensioner once fitted
- Renew the hose clamps and refit the support clamp so the hose is not left hanging on its ends
