Genuine Volvo Penta formed cooling hose connecting the heat-exchanger outlet to the exhaust-riser or exhaust-pipe assembly on D3-110I-D engines. The hose carries hot cooling water to the water-injected exhaust system and must retain its shape under heat and suction/pressure changes.

  • Hose found soft, ballooned, collapsed under suction, or split at a bend

🛠️ Service Notes

  • Renew the clamps and check the exhaust-riser and heat-exchanger spigots for corrosion while the hose is off
  • The later D3-110I-H arrangement uses a different hose, so confirm the engine designation before ordering
